I am now using D60 for the past 7 months. Its brilliant but when I use it with my Sigma 14mm (non fisheye)lens I have to regularly adjust the contrast and the brightness on the final result in Photoshop 7.0.
Am I doing something wrong while taking the pictures?
It appears that they are some what desaturated as far as color is concerned and probably over exposed.

Can you show an example with exposure info so I can see how that compares to Sigma 14 I have?

One thing you need to be aware of is flare: Sigma 14 is very sensitive to that. Flare can manifest not only as bright color highlighs and "reflections", but also as overall hazed veil over image.
