Who has the best price on the S2 IS right now?

B&H Photo wants $435. May not be lowest, but I'm not sure I would trust anyone with a lower price. Most big-box electronics stores are around $499 (still).

I bought my first S2 from a disreputable place somewhere in NYC. I paid the grand sum of $289.00 for it, and it was new and fully warranteed. I found out the bad rep after I placed the order and sweated it out until it arrived.
Despite my fears, it was fine - for two months. And one fine day, it broke and I had to send it back to Canon, who replaced the optic center, whatever that is, and returned it to me. In the meantime, I needed a camera for a special trip, and bought a second S2 from B&H Photo, paying $469.00 this time. I've used it continuously since October, with nary a problem.
Is there a connection there?

I got one yesterday for $390.....was just about to go with BuyDig but was happy to see a NewEgg weekend special, who I've been very happy with for supplying computer equipment......can't wait to start learning digital photography!

I saw NewEgg on pricegrabber.com but the price had changed. I guess the weekend special explains that. I know a few people that have had good luck with buydig.com buying lens for DLSRs.
