A IR picture this time. Using the S50 with a homemade 3-layer overexposed negative film filter. Almost impossible to focus, so it's a little blurred. Sorry.

The blurred problem can be seen only in the full size picture. Sorry for the confusion :)

This is a very interesting concept that could be explored further. The leaves behind the flower on the right just do not work... makes the image too busy.
The flowers are such powerful shapes, they should be set against a blank bankground, like the one on the left, with the leaves acting as an internal frame.
I think you have a really neat idea here that can be fine-tuned a bit.

lara, thanks for your comment.
Those flowers are in my garden. I'll try a better composition, but the leaves are too close. Probably I'll try to keep some of them but not overlapping the flower. I don't know if I can achieve the right angle.
