Using the 10D and a Sigma Macro lens with spacers I can get reasonable magnification of small insect subjects, however, I need more magnification.
I have a good X20 microscope that gives enough magnification, but now I need to capture the images via the 10D.
Does anyone have experience of how to interface with a microscope or knowledge of sites covering this topic.
