I wouldn't worry too much about putting them off. They seem to be using a lot of different togs at the moment, particularly for the midweek stuff. I'm sure you'll get the call again at some point. Hopefully not for another ETU midweek game though :lol:... unless you can bring some additional floodlight bulbs!

I dont know, my wife took the call. It was kelly who i was dealing with via email so i wouldnt be surprised. It was very short notice, I suspect they have had a few people pull out due to it being valentines day... I hope they do call back but i wont take anything that conflicts with the program or gazette work.

I dont know, my wife took the call. It was kelly who i was dealing with via email so i wouldnt be surprised. It was very short notice, I suspect they have had a few people pull out due to it being valentines day... I hope they do call back but i wont take anything that conflicts with the program or gazette work.It's not totally unusual for them to book a Tuesday evening job for on a Tuesday morning. I had a missed call at around the same time today - tried to return it but without success. I've only got Dave Watters number saved in my work mobile, so it may well have been Kelly on a quest for someone with a 300mm f/1.4 lens to use under the Rookery Hill lights ;) ...and no I don't have one :lol:

You've probably noticed that teams like FC United and AFC Wimbledon get featured on a regular basis - it's a simple business case of selling more papers via the better supported teams.

Well, they are not so much interested in my existing photos, more in me covering games in the future. i got in touch with them via email, that was on jan 20th, i emailed them again 10 days later and on the 3rd of feb they asked for my phone number, i had my first call yesterday. I also sent them 3 pictures attached to the email, the address is pictures@greenwaysmedia.co.uk
