What is the difference in the remotes in the Rebel and 20D?

The rebel supports the Re-60E3 Terminal or Wrieless remote controller RC-1/RC-5 and the 20D supports the N3 Type remote control. Is there any difference in these controls and if so which one is better?

Digital rebel uses RS-60E3 remote switch which is also used on Elan 7/7E, and Rebel film cameras. 20D can use timer remote controller TC-80N3 or remote switch RS-80N3 which are used on EOS 1 series, EOS 10D etc. (more advanced cameras). Connector on them is different :mad: so you must use one designed to fit your camera.
