Hello,
I want to buy an affordable and pretty good film scanner to help me on my project to scan an retouch all family old 35mm negatives.
First I wanted to know if any of you has experience with Digital ICE³ and if you'd say it can help me with all the photo retouching job. It promisses to help with Dust & Scratch removal (Digital ICE) + Color Reconstruction (Digital ROC) + Grain Equalization & Management (Digital GEM).
Second I want to know if you own and recommend the Film Scanner from Pacific Image called PF3650. It looks like this most affordable film scanner that carried Digital ICE³, but I wanted to double check about its quality.
Thank you for the help,
Regards,
Celso.
