i'm looking for a CMS/system that runs on your domain, but instead of uploading photos to your space as well, you can hotlink from other sources (such as photobucket.com, or flickr.com).
does either movable type, wordpress or any other programs allow external hosting?
[the thing is i don't want to use too much of the my domain's space.]
