Hey guys....i need your input

to start, i wanted to say that i had my first 2 showings in the last month and did alot better than i expected to. one of the people who came to my display really liked my work and wants me to go do a shoot of his property. here's the details....

the gentleman owns 320 acres in Nevada and is in the process of building a gated community on part of the land. the homes are going to be high end and have a minimum of 1 acre of land each.

now...beings that this is my first shoot, my question is how you all would tackle something like this from a price standpoint and also whether you would offer the customer exclusive rights to the photos or not. i know those are vague questions, but they're the best way i can figure on asking.

if you have any further questions, post them as i'll be closely following this thread. the customer is waiting for my call :)

btw...im excited!!! hehe

thanks alot and God Bless!!!

Do the houses have interior lights yet? Sometimes mid-evening is a nice effect.
