New section and forums: "Rumors"

I added a section for rumors, and three rumor forums in it. This arrangement was done to keep front page smaller. To keep fact from fiction posts in Rumor section are hidden from "new posts" list, but they are included in search.

You can enter the Rumors section in several ways:
- By clicking the "Rumors" link on forum from page (just under Marketplace forum)
- by bookmarking either:
http://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=82
http://www.dprumor.com/
or
http://www.dprumour.com/

No offense to others; but will all the stupid rumor threads be moved in there eventually?

Could we report threads as offensive to flag them for a mod to move them to their 'new home'? :)

Yes, all rumor threads will be moved to that area. If you see one that is not moved, report it with "report post" button.

Great Idea.. who know's,. maybe it will entice some Canon officials to "leak" info right here at POTN :) :) ;)
