I took this shot at 800 iso so it is a little noisy. Looking at the exif data, I know I could have got it at 200 iso or at least 4. I will post the exif data also and see if you agree with me. But I like all the elements.

Shutter Speed: 1/50
Exposure: Manual
f/3.5
800 iso
focal length: 18mm

Hmm, now looking at it I could have swarn I shot this with my 28-135 IS. Why would it be saying 18mm?? Could photoshop lie about the exif info?

Am I being blacklisted from this site and not know it? or are my photographs just that terrible?

Well... give us at least 24 hours :)

The noise isn't really a problem as far as I can tell (on the large image, because on the small one it definetly isn't an issue).

What bothers me is the difference in lighting from top to bottom that gives the impression that the carpet changes colour at the bottom of the stairs. I take it it's a combination of tungsten lighting and a window on a sunny day.

Would make a good subject for a stereo photograph ...

looks good, maybe a little more on the downward motion of the stairs from above if possible

good shot...I would have laid on the ground and shot up - just to see what results I could get.
