I been wondering does S2 have got fill-in flash? As I read up in manual book, only said "Flash & red-eye flash".. it doesn't mention abt "Fill-in flash"..
If i take a model pic with flash during hot sunlight, i should use fill-in flash type...
anyone can advice me?

To my understanding or what I've always been told, is that fill flash is a term coined for just that. Its flash that isn't used at full intensity. In other words, you set your flash up at say 1/3 of full power to help rid any facial shadows. Fill flash also helps in bringing out more detail, highlights and midtones.
Here is a site I recommend you checking out for a more indepth look at your question.
