Cow in tree (My first post)

Hi, I just found and joined this site. Haven't been doing photography for long. This is a pic i took in my home town of Melbourne, Australia. It is of a werid artistic piece across from Telstra Dome. Taken with my 350D stock lens.

Would really like some C&C, i have photoshopped it quite a bit and just wondering if i have overdone it.

It a little centred for my liking and all the light is towards the base so a tad too dark upper quarter. I kinda like it but there seems to be a counter-balance missing somewhere, but that will be in real life not just in your shot. I think it needs a small sheep or something on the ground and to one side.

if only you could brighten up the sky a bit to add contrast between the cow and the sky it'd be great! It kinda looks like an illustration or something. Very surreal! :D

It somehow looks like a scene from a diorama. Perhaps there should be something in the pic to give us a sense of the scale?
