Problem converting RAW

Can you help me?

I have tried some RAW pictures with my G2 and while converting I have gotten the Error message 5000050, it doesn't do anything further.

This has happened with both BreezeBrowser and YARC.

I have used both programs in the past with my G1, I thought I had with the G2 but maybe not, I am not sure. Anyway, I am baffled by this as I have not had any problems converting in the past. The Picture shows in the preview thumbnail.

Anybody have any ideas of what to try?

More information on the problem.

I tried to convert both JPG and TIFF from YARC, JPG's were successfully converted TIFF was not and the following message was sent.

Error View development component, Properties unavailable Err. 5000050

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

For those who may confront this problem, I am happy to report that I was helped with an answer:)

I did not reload the software when I upgraded from the G1 to the G2. The RAW converter needed the new version. The same with the Breezebrowser. Both programs now open the RAW pics. A upgrade of YARC was not available, so I guess it does not support the G2.
