Did buy my 10D today :) :)
At this time I´m charging the battery, but i can´t wait to do some shooting with it.

After thinking for a long time, I decided to buy the 10D from the local dealer. because this would give me the best service possible, but at a higher price.

voor HenkBos: nog bedankt voor je aanbod van een tijdje geleden. Maar ik vondt het toch wijzer om de camera gewoon in Nederland te kopen.

And mine is just one week old! woohoooo!
And my 70-200/F4 is just one day old! woohooo!

:)

Hoodedone where did you get yours? And what lens(es) did you get? If you're looking for a good telezoom go for the 70-200, it's pinsharp and lightweight.

At this time i´m using the 50/1.8 and a older 75-300 lens. But I´m already planning to buy the 17-40 and the 100 macro lenses.

cheers

Yeah. You better warmn up that credit card cause the spending's just begun!

I bought a D60 last October, and then a 10D this past May and have still not stopped buying!! I still need to get me a 1.4TC and a nice wide angle L. And then I'll be done. Wait, nope, then I need a decent flash and then.....

See what I mean?

My 10D arrived July 3rd. One thing I noticed is that the first charge of the battery doesn't last very long. I think this is a normal thing for rechargeable batteries. I only got 50 shots on my first charge. After three weeks I'm now getting so many shots I can't keep track.

Indeed, I too have often experienced poor 'lifespan' after the first charge of new batteries.
