I've noticed on the side of the posts, under the name 'Level'. What are the different levels and how to u go up / down them?

It's related with the number of posts.
Member = less than 20 (24?) posts (I don't remember)
Active member = 20 (24?) or more posts.
Very active member = 100 or more posts.
