First try at macro flowers since spring is here (not really). A lady bug snuck into one of the photos, I didn't even know she was there until I processed the images LOL.

This is my first try, I might just go back today and give it another shot since I've learned a few things.

These were shot with a 60mm 2.8 macro lens.

The whites seems to be a little too bright...otherwise you're off to a good start...
I've learned here that macro shots are not "easy" as the composition in macro is rather different than composition in normal pics.

The composition in the 1st pic is good.

I love all of them but the last one really jumps out, it has a dream like look to it...

Main tulip too central for my taste, I would crop so it is off centre. Otherwise good detail/exposure.
Detail in white areas washed out in other two which sort of works in #3 but not in #2.

I like the tulips... but it might probably look better if it was toward the right more rather than centred.

You're off to a good start!
