AWESOME! I love snakes. Unfortunately, I rarely see one. Great job. If you catch him, I bet you can get the close up you want :)

Great shot...It is a picture to look at as I've never seen one so close.
Were you actually that close or is this a cropped. What % was the actual picture in your viewfinder...
you're something...you had the nerve to focus not only on the snake but on the eyes and have the strength to press the shutter...wow, the title "jerrythesnake" fits you very well...
Would be "hiss" to meet you in person...

Wow..:) Truly beautiful.
I am completely new to all of this, but am already itching to get up close and personal with some beautiful creatures.. Not sure I'd like to get 'that close' to a snake tho ;) I was shaking enough taking the huntsman spider outside:lol:
