Reasonably good composition - could be a little less centered. I.e., the hills are evenly balanced each side of center and the horizon could be a little higher to get it closer to the 1/3 - 2/3 boundary.

The color balance is questionable - looks to blue for that scene. The exposure is pretty hot in the cloud areas. Without measuring the values, I would say those highlights are blown out, because they don't seem to have any detail.

If you were using Auto Color Balance, you may want to try the Daylight setting or vice versa, because this isn't working. The optimum would be to do a Custom White Balance with a Gray card.

Regarding the over-exposure, it doesn't seem to be blown out as I thought, so I tried to figure out why the sky seems to be featureless, and I have decided upon looking at it at 200%, the problem seems to be that it just isn't sharp. I would say it's out of focus rather than motion blur but that's a tough call.
