Ok, I have no clue what the heck I am doing wrong now but on manual setting I cant change the aperture anymore. It sais 00 right now and wont change. Anyone know what this is? The Shutterspeed changes fine.

Try, turn off your camera, remove your lense and put it back on.

Hope this helps.

Take your lens off. Put it back on.
If no success , remove battery then replace.
Then try lens off , battery out (at that stage , my 20D with Sigma 24-70 started to work again)

The body is not getting signals from the lens (or thinks it's not)
Probably dirty contacts - lens to body.

I was about to say, make sure the on switch is up fully if you use a 20D, but then you said it was 00..

This sounds like early versions of the Windows operating system :)

That happens to me sometimes when switching my sigma lens in and out. Just "fully" power down and back on and it works fine.
