Not what I expected for first time...

But two of the theatre interiors I had posted here in "Critique" will be used by Rhode Island Monthly magazine for a piece they are writing about the theatre.

I'm needless to say a little happy :)

It should be on newstands next month..

These are the two they are using;

minus the framing and text of course...

Those are knock out clear and beautiful. Love theaters. Spent a lot of my younger years in NYC where there are still some absolutely beautiful old theaters. Congrats and many more to come, I hope. :)

Awesome, CDS. Contrats! :)

So, does that mean you're going to buy up all the copies of the magazine so that you can send a copy to each and every one of the POTN members? <hint, hint> ;)

Great shots, both of them. Love the second, though I get stagefright just looking out at the empty seats. :)

Awesome shots! Just wondering, for the second one... was that a wide angle?

Both shots were 1D MkII and the 17-40mm f/4L

And no Jaime,. I haven't gone back with the ladder yet :)

Thanks all :)
