Many times we use PS to remove scratches and cracks from old, scanned photos. I want to go the other way. I want to create an old look.

I've seen plugins for making torn edges and techniques for sepia and adding grain, but I haven't seen any method or plugin filter for adding cracks and scratches.

Any suggestions?

there are Free actions on Adobe Studio Exchange that do what your looking for.
