Hello 1bar and welcome to the forum. If you click on 'Help' at the top of the screen it will show you the correct syntax to use to embed an image. Hopefully Image Station will allow you to do so.

regards,
peter

Can you set the A70 to f8.0 or...anything higher than 4.8? It will give you a better field...since the pic looks out of focus.

Setting it to ISO 50 will reduce noise quite a bit.

When doing night shots, I usually go for ISO 50, f8.0, 5-15secs.

Yup

You need a tri pod.

In fact in Mv mode set it to f8 and let the time be automatic.

F8 will produce a better DOF and the G3 is pretty good with setting the exposure time. You can still bracket.

Try ISO 50 because that is a longer exposure and it will not be as grainy.

Check your settings, they look a little too dark. or check your histogram after you take to picture to see if your pic is balanced.

They are all decent shots, you just need to give them a little more exposure.

The first one is good.
the second is decent, but i really would have liked the flamingo in front to have his head up.That way we can see the arch or S shape of its neck.
The last one is out of focus slightly. I still like the look, with the sunglasses. Experimenting is the key and a big memory card :)

It just takes practice im fairly new to the G3. I am totaly a manual SLR guy, so i slowly figuring out ways to improvemy G3 pics.

Good luck
