I finally took a short road trip out to BC. I had become so accustomed to flying that it was a real pleasure to do it by road for a change. I found alot of old barns that captivated me which I am sharing a few here.

beautiful area... I love old barns like these. the first is my favorite...

Nice series Sheldon. I like the third one best, and am bemused with the fourth one - I always thought that the toilet seat would be fitted to the toilet, and not screwed to the outside wall. :shock: Or do Canadians like to stand outside to pee? :lol:

I love old barns and you've captured some great images of them, although I'm not sure #4 qualifies. :) Beautiful work as always!

I like them all. Neat shots. Now #4, I bet you put that in just to see if we were paying attention. Perhaps the seat attached to the outside means "this place is now out of service".........beware of splinters !!

Nice shots!

I'm going to be driving from Ft. McMurray AB down to Calgary next month, and I'm hoping there's still enough snow on the ground to provide some cool shots...

And a wonderful outhouse to boot. :lol: :lol: . Those are terrific, I love the 2nd and 3rd ones, A real fixer upper. :D :D

yep, lots of barns... we get barns. you get castles.... So I guess it's all even in the end?:lol: :lol: :lol:
