I think the first one is really nice. In my opinion (as a musician), I think you could be a little lower on the choral shots to eliminate some "useless" space above the heads to get a more centered shot of them holding their music.

I like the expression in the 1st one. On #2 and 3 I would crop tighter; loose the shoulder on the left in #2, loose the bit of sleeve left, and the arm right in #3 Both could also be cropped closer at the top, so aspect ratio would remain teh same.
Apart from that, expressions also quite nice. I do have some trouble with the WB // skin tones however...

I'm not fond of the first one, the lights hanging from the ceiling I find distracting, but technically very good and you caught a great expression and gesture - the quintessential conductor.
On the others I commend you for getting the exposure right. Black tuxes and dresses have spelled trouble for me in similar settings. Cropping as Rene' suggests would help.

Have to agree with Curtis. The first one captures a great expression - it's just such a shame about those lights! Cropping would improve the others as it's the central face that carries the shot's impact.
I know what musicians are like when performing, and even rehearsing - I married one! You have to take what opportunities arise. You cannot take over and order them to move to a better backbround!
Well done getting these ones!:)
