box with little red x

For some reason,when a link to a photo is accessed by clicking on the box with the little red x,I can't access it.I'm sure it's something simple in my computer settings that I need to change. Any ideas?

If there is a box with a little red x on it, then nobody will be able to access the photo, not just you. That happens a lot when people put up pictures for display and then some time later delete the picture.
