Wel the flower is dynamite. In fact all the shades of color are just nicely saturated.
Now about the girl. I guess that you are right. There is an air of mystery, but on close, it is too bad that the she is not as sharpe as the flower -- especially so considering that her hat is tipped and (if within the DOF) would have safegaurded that mystery.
Even so, she sure looks pretty -- and bashful.

Thank you all, I like it the way it is...I didn't want her sharp.
Thanks for the input.

Great shot. I really like this. Even if the shot had of been her alone I'd bet it would have been just as beautiful.

What a shot! I feel sorry to the girl. Apparently she had a good pose, but .... she was only the background :D. I like the composition. Great experiment with the DOF.

NiL,
Nil,
Lately I spent more time browsing the travel sites preparing for my trip to Europe in September. It's been two weeks I did not touch my camera, but I am ready with all photography stuff for my trip and will take many many pictures.

I don't think you could have made this shot any better, short of lacing her hat with white flowers... What an amazing picture.

Spirit,
Thank you what a wonderful compliment. I love this shot too, going to be hard for me to top this one.
If you have a Botanical Garden where you are, go there, it is an amazing place. All the photographers hang out there.
