Pekka's Workflow

I've been lurking on this board for the last few weeks and I want to say I've learned a wealth of information in that time. I'm getting close to taking the plunge and getting a D30 myself. From what I read here, it will be well worth the investment. In the meantime, I'm still doing my research. Part of which is learning about how to work with RAW format files. I've seen comments about workflows and a couple have referred to Pekka's.

Is there a page or thread on this site with Pekka's workflow for D30 RAW files and Photoshop? If there is, could someone please pass along the URL? Thanks.
