Hello to everyone, very knowledgeable forum, a lot of intelligent people.
Thank you very much for advices and valuable info.
I'm working on support system for 20D with 100-400L and 1.4TC.
Legs are G1325, head is Arca-Swiss B1 with QR, and bracket is RRS L-bracket for body and RRS lens bracket for 100-400L.
The question is the head's QR system compatible with L-bracket and lens bracket, or do you need some sort of an interconnecting plate?

Thank you in advance.

Mikhail.

It's all "Arca compatible" so no adapter is needed.

With the 100-400mm mounted you will be using the lens' QR plate.. the L bracket on the body will be used for smaller lenses.

Here's a nice little thread on QR systems.. with emphasis on the Arca style...
RRS, Kirk, Acratech and many many others have all adopted the Arca spec for QR plates and systems.. so it's the only one that has any form of universal nature.

Thanks a lot, I was worrying that I'll have to make another order with RRS...
