hi gyrob looking through my book on british birds ....yawn....it is a 'great tit' very similiar to the coal tit but it has a black collar and a pale yellow underbelly whereas the coal tit doesnt have a collar as such and a more buff/white undercarraige.

Did a quick Google search for Great Tit and I must admit it looks as though the last two posters nailed it. Slightly over exaggerated colours on the illustration me thinks.
