What I would like to do as I have photos from 350+ Photographers is have the ability to create a page per photographer, the photographer can write about him/her self, how to contact them, and anything else they want, prices etc.

Under the photographer details are all of their photos. grouped by Country,Location and Category.

I would also like a sitemap of all of the photographers, A -> Z when you click on their name the above page displays.

Maybe a Photographer search feture too.

The reason I would like this is to be able to attract professional photographers offering them their own homepage of sorts.

Has anybody done anything like this or will something like this be available in V2.

Is still am not able to work out how to display photos from one photographer is this possible?

This would do until I can work out how do do my ideal design.

Is there snippet code to disply photos from one photographer?

If I understood everything right this will be possible in v2.0 using virtual exhibitions. There you can set different criteria to build up exhibitions. your criteria could be the names of your photographers.

I have on todo list a photographer listing page (with photographer mugshots). Photographer search is already there in EE 1.5.

EE 2.0: If you want "individual EE's" for each photographer and want people to see their exhibitions only, then you can make two new user logins: one with upload/edit permission (for the photographer X) and one for viewing only photographer X's exhibitions. The view login can be forced from e.g. a photographer link list with a simple switch like ?id=adams which would lead to EE which shows only the exhibitions you let them to see (in this case exhibitions by adams). If your photos by different photographers are scattered around exhibitions you can make virtual exhibitions from each photographer's photos and show only those.

Making an output grouped by several criteria needs custom code, or snippets.

Adding photographer id to snippets is quite easy - I have not had need for it so it has not been on todo list for now.
