This is a description of what I do with C1LE:

Just in case you don't know, the pro version does not give different results for raw conversion than the LE.
It has some additional functions - or rather LE has these functions left out - that may or may not matter to you. The main ones that come to mind immediately are:
- a 20 file limit in the batch processing queue.
This isn't as much of a problem as it sounds. You can add new images to the queue and as completed pictures are developed, the queue empties. If you shoot like me outdoors without controlled lighting, then you won't find this a big issue. You work on one picture while the last one is being developed. With a moderately fast PC, batch development will go fast enough so you never reach the 20 file limit.
If you shoot in the studio and have dozens of shots all to be processed with the same settings, then the limit will be a problem.
- Can't resize during conversion
I would like to be able to upsize/downsize as part of a single conversion, bit it's not worth an extra 400 bucks to me.
- Only one output file.
The pro version allows you to have 3 files produced from one conversion with different sizes and formats. So you could have a downsized 8-bit JPG, a fullsized 16-bit TIFF and a double size 8-bit TIFF prodiced in one go.
- Profile and colour editor
Nice to have, but...
