Settings in Photoshop7

I use G3 since few months an i am interested to know wich are the best settings(Adobe sRGB or ......) to read pics of the G3 into Photoshop7.
and to print on a inkjet printer Canon S900 wich ist the best setting for the color management?

I don't use any color management with mine.

Yeah, I turned all color management off too and checked ICM in the printer driver. I now get dependable results and any enhancements or tweaking are only those I did.
