Holy! Really! ;) Nice one. Would hate to run across her in a dark alley. how could you sleep like that. I would be afraid of catching one on something. Wow this shot just freaks me out.

Thats a woman?
I presume you asked her permission for the pic...or did you merely click then run very fast?
I like it, it shows her personality.

My first thought was "that's a woman?" and after reading some of the comments I was afraid I was going to come down to the end and find you saying it was your girlfriend or wife or sister or something and then we would all feel really bad. I am glad it was a stranger LOL

Shes just a regular person like you and me, come on, be real here people.
Its a great capture, whether it was done with the aperture, or after the fact in processing, I like the DOF and how she really just pops out of the picture.

I had exactly the same thoughts. When I first saw this thread I didn't want to post because one just never knows...
Anyway, now that it's safe I'd like to add to all the other comments that this lady must be very self-confident. Good for her.

there is another interesting side effect that I would like to see, what happens if she passes by one of those huge elecrtomagnets used for moving iron blocks (usually crushed cars or the similar). And is she nedds a MNR (Magnetic Nuclear Resonance) for any reason, can she pull off all her piercings ? I mean, in case of an accident and if there is an emergency, what will happen ? The doctors should of course pull them all off, but if they are in a real hurry for a lifesaving action, what would be the results ? Surely, nothing worst than what already is but boy what a plastic surgery will she need after...
I'm sorry, and I do not intend to offend anyone here, but exactly like tattoos I'm all agains permanent physical menomations/modifications for aesthetical purposes. Of course, to each his own, and I0ve nothing angainst who does it. But don't ask me to date omebody like that (despite the fact that Mother Nature hasn't been too generous from the very beginning but that's personal taste).

Well I find all the disparaging comments about this woman's looks very disappointing. After all we are supposed to confine comments to the photo and the execution of it. This is an excellent photo in graphic b&w, the expression caught is one of confidence and the shot is well executed. You're showing us some good street photography here.

You are right. I may have been too harsh about the lady herself. Sorry about that. I'll aplogize for everything about the person, but honestly, I do not change my mind about piercing/tattoos and the similar. I will just keep them for myself. And I am still curious about what will happen with a strong electromagnet ora a MNR. Those are serious - albeit surely useless for for me, but maybe not for her - questions.
