Guys/Gals,

when I start up my little league soccer "biz", I'll need to make a decision to print from my HP 7550 photo printer or have the pics done by a third party. I can do 8 X 10's on my printer, but you can see different layers of color on the surface of the pic if you look at them from a certain angle. Any advice from you seasoned pros????? Been using HP premium photo glossy and premium plus photo glossy.

You should check and make sure the HP7550 is fade and water resistant as most older inkjet formulation aren't. The newer inks such as Chromalife 100 from Canon and Almost all of the Espon line is. I believe that HP only have the Fade and Water Resistant formulation in their Pro-line Printers.

You wouldn't want to start off on the wrong foot by selling pictures that will fade after a few months.

In canada I use costco, prints in 4x6 are $0.18 and 8x10/8x12 are $1.99. check our you local lab. The quality of print will be much better and last long then if you print them yourself. Trust me.
