Went to a time-trial event this past weekend. I played it safe and shot much of it at 1/400. Next time, I'll try for more blur on the panned shots. Many thanks to KennyG for the pointers you've given...I see what you mean about planning the day according to the sun. Also, I'm starting to like adjusting focus points to aid in shot composition. Thanks again.:)

This kid is about 1/3 my age and already sportin' the 1D and L gear. I saw him shooting at just about everything and he looked to be handling his kit well. Hey kid, you rule!:)

Thanks Dave. The 1st was one of my favorites as it only had 3 wheels on the ground.
P.S. Suuure you're kidding.;) Keep in mind he had more than just the 24-70. I'm jealous.

Clear and crisp shots! Awww, I wish I could have been there. I've never been to a time attack event. I wanna see how I do with much faster cars compared to drifting. :D So when's the next event?

Thanks Mikey. I don't know when the next event is in California. I think the next one is in Arizona. I'll let you know as soon as I find out.

Someone's biased towards GT-Rs... :p Man, that R32 does look nice. I've always liked it the least among all the GT-Rs look-wise, but this one looks just about right and menacing to me.

Thanks, kalmo. I just realized that it's not quite as sharp as the original. This one is the "large" resized version from pbase.com. Oh well.
Mikey, I agree with you. I like the styling of the R33's and R34's much better in stock form. However, this particular R32 GTR is heavily flared, so it's much wider than a stock one...that's why it could fit 305-series tires all around! If that doesn't make a car look mean, I don't know what does.
