Keeping Track

How do you keep track of your photos? I sometimes submit photos to multiple places - portfolio, this forum, contest, etc. Is there a way to keep track of this, maybe using Adobe Bridge?

Document every thing you do. If you send am image to a contest or post it on a site you can add a comment to that image in Photoshop. That way if you can't remember if you post this image before you can go into the comment and there you have it. Hope this helps.
