Great detail and color... he seems a bit dry to me, like he should be more slimy. Seems also that this shot would benefit from some levels or curves adjustment as it's a bit dark to me.

cool photo.... If it hops like a frog, looks like a frog and quacks like a duck, what is it? A fruck? A drog? Either way I don't want one in my pool....
cool photo though!

The frog was sitting in the sun quite a while to heat up. Thats why it isn't slimey here. I moved closer after this shot ( made about 8 ) it jumped back in the pool. me made some shots of the frog in the pool too. A little spider was walking over his head. The spider shouldn't have done that! :) I haven't seen the result of that picture. If it's nice enough, i'll post it here too.
I did some levels adjustment but there wasn't much improvement. I'm not so experienced with Photoshop (yet). I haven't tried adjusting curves. Don't even know how :) Can you give a hint? Or Example on this picture?

Mind you that this is a dutch frog. In dutch frogs say: Kwaaaaak! And that translates into quaaack! in english :)

Great photo.
Curves is really handy. Not available in Photoshop Elements though. Is it?

That would explain why the canadian geese that fly south to california for winter sound so funny, they must be quacking in french..... It's all so much clearer now!
I'd love to see the spider Vs. frog shot if it came out.

The quality is not that high but i had fun shooting it..

The sequence of four.
1) you see a little spider bottom left
2) it's at the back of the frog now
3) it's in front of the frog (really hard to see)
4) it's gone..
I let my camera in Av mode and that probably was a mistake. I see in the exif data that i made them at 1/90 with a 210 mm lens... Just before that i was shooting in bright light. I have to get used to review the settings on every shoot, No matter how fast you have to switch..
