I took candids at my friend's wedding in August 2005. Thoughts? It was very candid and hard light to shoot - bright in one side from the sun coming into the room, dimly on the other side. I am guessing that a better flash in the future will help?

These were the best two out of 50. I have a whole new respect for wedding photographers after that wedding.

The lighting looks fine to me! :)

Looks fine to me as well.

As for your other images, did you shoot RAW? You may be able to massage them to more of your liking. :)

Go easy with the flash. Try Av and a softbox. You will like it.

No, I haven't tried shooting RAW yet.

I tried shooting without the flash, but found that my pictures were either grainy or had a slight blur.

The 20d shoots raw and large at the same time. Try that setting next time but have plenty of memory as you make double images. It saved me from a near didaster do to faulty lighting.

If you don't understand what's going on shoot RAW + JPG. If you understand what's going on then you don't need my opinion. If you have no idea shoot RAW and ask us later.

I took pictures this weekend at another friend's wedding and wanted to shoot RAW, but didn't due to space on the memory cards. But I do want to start shooting RAW more.

Is there a size limit to the card I can put in my XT? I read somewhere that 2gig was too big - is this true?
