Can some one help me to do a batch conversion of files in a folder from jpeg to tiff. I understand both Photoshop and Elements support this, but I do not see this option in the drop downs.
Is there any other program that will do this?
Thanks

I think you can make an action in photoshop.
I use my actions to apply tedious filters. I suppose you could do one for a batch, but ive never tried it.

You will need to create an action for it, and then batch process that action. Batch processing can be found in the file menu...automate...batch

You could think of using AcdSee. The latest version allows you to select images and convert them to BMP, TIFF, JPG (diff compression) etc.

I have bought ACDSEE Photo Suite, and the conversion of one format to another seem effortless and easy.
