Great series Brian, love the Springtail with the water droplets.

Those chicken-wire type images, did you filter those images at all ?, because they look a little foggy , when i processed(am i allowed to do that?) one it popped ...

Only processing I did on the net pics was increase the saturation- I have no problem with people playing with the images :)

No the nets are just gardening nets- I use them as depth filters in my pond filtration system.

It could be my monitor or my eyes seeing things that arent there but i altered it slightly, and on my screen it seems to pop more, what do you think ? ...

Yes think it does- Have to admit I try and keep PP to a minimum normally for a fairly "natural" look- I tend only to go to town on an image when I don't like it for some reason :)

these are just superb..........as sharp as it gets... you just can't resist a springtail can ye :)

the 3rd of the series is my favourite (number 1 is a close 2nd tho)

You are right I can't resist a springtail especially with water drops on. There were loads of them charging around on my water butt lid :). I'm still waiting for them to start head-butting each other during their mating rituals.
