I Have this question about Auto-Sharpening with the 10D.
I shoot action photos and print on location. My D30 produces great, sharp photos right out of the camera(Tamron 75-300, High jpeg, no post processing).
When I use the 10D (Canon 75-300 usm IS, High jpeg) the photos aren't sharp. Time doesn't really allow me to process the photos on an individual basis. I can set-up an action in PS, but that still takes more time.
Is there a way to sharpen "in-camera" as I shoot, or before I download?
My buddies and I are having a great time shooting events and selling on the spot (instant gratification), but I don't want to make a major production of this Gig.
Thanks for any ideas,
David

Hi,

When you sell the shots buy a better lens, L-lenses from Canon or for example a f2.8 lens from Sigma or Tokina, they are ALOT sharper than the Canon 75-300.

Also you could set in camera sharpening to +2 in the custom settings.

Greetings,
Frank

I find that even the +2 in-camera setting only sharpens marginally....I still need to sharpen additionally in PSE2. I'm using the EF50 1.8 II.
