Why dont you let us know what it is you are doing/aiming to achieve in photoshop - that way our comments can be more informed.

As a general picture, it has the potential to work as an abstract - but there are little niggly things - like the cropped 'hub-thingy' on the right. Its a bit unbalanced. And not a very interesting composition.

I can see there is a lot of interesting texture here - perhaps a much closer up, to show the rusting and pitted steel?

to be honest with you , i don't know what i was looking to do!!!!
i figured id get the photo in there and see what i can do, i know its not great but its a first..
