Thoughts?

The first pic doesn't do much for me.

I like the second one a great deal. Is it leaning slightly to the left, however?

I like the last shot, but could you "punch-up" the flowers a bit to make them stand out more from the background?

Just my thoughts.

#2 #4 are my favorites and the sunset is very nice but for me #3 seems pointless

Really, #3 seems pointless? It is actually one of my favorites in this series.

lol...most people like the bike rack pic the best.

Just by sizing my browser window shorter I cropped the bottom off picture number three - red shopping cart and that much improves it I think.

...actually, now that I look at it, you're right. :) I'll do that next time I decide to update them.

#'s 2 and 3 have both got incredible color! Do you mind me asking how you achieved this. They almost seem unreal. The bike rack picture is great but I like the shopping cart the best. It is a totally ordinary subject that appears extra ordinary in this photo. Very well done.

Thanks!

Heh, you're asking for my trade secrets, eh? Well...it's really not much of a secret...just my style really.

It's...white balance. Most of the time, I set my white balance off on purpose for a bit of a color mask over the image. It's not off too much but it's definetly not all white. The bike rack and the shopping cart have a bit of cyan/green to it which I don't remember which setting it was.

Others like the sunset are set to give it a more warm orange feel to it done with an offset white balance and a quicker shutter than usual.
