Bolt Image (800x600)

This is an image I took a few years ago with a Nikon D100 (sorry!) camera while at the firing range at work. I don't know why I took it, but I thought it was interesting. Anyone else? Any comments? Thanks.

Nice rusty textures. What exactly is this? It's hard to tell from what I can see.

It is an adjustment bolt on a military portable structure. Kind of like a connex box, but for people and not gear. We have it at our range as the range office. Thanks for the comments, by the way.

i would've liked to see more detail on the bolt on the lower left... the out of focus bolt is a little distracting.

I sort of felt like it was giving balance, but you might be right. More detail would have definitely been interesting. Maybe I'll return when I get a good macro lens.
