A collection of photos I took during Brass Week 2003 as official photographer. I'll add some more later and put those I like best to my upcoming 10D gallery.

Wonderful photographs in this special gallery pekka
it looks like it was a great occasion for all those taking part.
the music alone must have been so enjoyable.

looking through your photographs I wondered how you propped the monopod
which was used in certain (great ) shots taken amongst the crowd, around the stage.

here are just some especially striking pictures which I picked out
but all are excellent shots

fun and games @the opening ceremony (# 2 'bucket 'shot )
the light is showing so well on their faces being that the sun is shining
into the lens.... practically :)


scandinavin music group shots are so colourful
and are so very clear that some shots show the veins on backs of hands.................. exceptionally clear :)

and especially the shot showing the lighting on her beautiful flowing hair.
its so clear I can see there are hairs even coming out of her 'chest' :)

in their fancy outfits worn especially for the occasion
and another where they are lying on the ground are very good.
wondering did the music actually come out good the way they are situated.
(and did they survive ? :)

enjoyed also the pictures showing the guards septet
with jukka perko and severi pyysalo
especially with the 'cool' pyysalo

**** the p in 'phonic' is left out,
I think by accident in two pictures here.
not important but you may like to fix it .
its not very noticeable and could be the way its meant.
just mentioning it in case 'you' would rather know
being that the site will be very important to you and to all your viewers
especially for those who have been in the photographs.
