Can someone who has used them in the past tell me whether they send out an e-mail to inform you of stock availability?
I ordered a lense from them last Friday and despite their usual 1-2 days for delivery, my online order still says it's processing.

I would have thought if there was a problem, they would have been in touch by now.

Am I just being too impatient?

Email One-Stop. When I had ordered a ring flash from them and heard nothing for a few weeks (was over and just after Christmas holidays), I emailed OneStop and they replied saying it was out of stock and would be about a week. When they finally restocked, they then emailed me to say its been dispatched, and it took about 2 days to arrive.

Unfortunatly you cannot tell from there website if an item is in stock or not, and I do not think they will email you to tell you its out of stock. I could of been unlucky or it was a very busy period for them and did not have the time to inform me.

I was in no rush for the flash, so I did not mind waiting.
