Does Anyone Know How To Take The Stills Of The Video Tape And Put Them Onto The Memory Card Of The Canon zr45!!!

Refer to your ZR45 manual. I'm sure the answer is there (don't have the ZR45 manual so I can't say for sure but the ZR25 manual does). You just have to look for it. Look in the section relating to recording stills to the memory card.
