Hi Klaus. You know I like your work - it's commercial and very unique and artistic.
One thought, since you are asking for crits: I know that you overexposed the highlights intentionally for effect, but I'd like to see just a little more detail in the front pant leg, or perhaps if she wore a different color... well, that my be my nitpicking, so don't take it too seriously.
Cheers,

I agree, it's far too overexposed, even if intentional.
Compositionally, does anyone else think the plant is distracting?

If only I could make these myself...
But non the less I agree on the washed-out leg. And also the face is very stained.
But apart from that...

I am not so sure about this one.
I agree with the comments as posted so far.But I am not sure what the message is here.
My sense is that this is a graphic for IKEA furniture.
****************************************
I decided that (and of course I know that I am wrong!) because the girl really does not make sense. She has a severe look that the flowers do not soften. That severity is heightened by her spread-out hand on shoulder and her chosen hair style. And, as if that is not enough, she is competing with the furniture on the front right for attention and image space.
Consequently, I decided that the only winner here was the furniture, and it loses too -- since the side of the sofa is cropped out by the left hand framing of the image.
Sorry.. but ... that is the way I see it.

Thank you verry mutch for your comments...
I am happy to see all the different minds of the focus.
1 photo 10 viewer - 10 or more different minds...
See how the graphic works end of it at:
http://www.knmultimedia.com/emotion.htm
But - i like the way - far from that what we see everday - not a new style, no a new view...
But we have to learn that everything is viewed with verry different eyes...
And it is up to us - going with the wind... or going the own way....

Hi Klaus
Your Girl on the Sofa is very very good.
No further comment about the leg and face but I would
like to see the marks on the painted surface of the sofa removed.
On the arm rest below her right arm and also lower down below the sofa seat.
These marks look like the paint is chipped.
Picky perhaps but important
Kind regards

When blended like this, the colletion -- to my amature eyes-- is totally professional. The model is beautiful -- as are her clothes and most poses.
What you have done here with the HANDS is quite spedcial. The top center shot in the reddish dress with one hand up and the other on the left side is outstanding. Very evocative and feminine.

Ah Klaus, fantastic photograph, as always. I really like it as you have it, as you say, many minds many differing opinions.
As expected, your work is again superb.

peter
