This path stuff is kicking my.... 1.3rc
I have two computers (RH 9.0 & XP). The server is running Redhat with Dynamic DNS in one room (see where I'm going with this..interal network). As I work from the other computer XP, the path editor has:
http://192.168.111.4/eengineX/NWMr/big/ quarter
http://192.168.111.4/eengineX/NWMr/medium/ default
http://192.168.111.4/eengineX/NWMr/small eight
http://192.168.111.4/eengineX/NWMr/thumb ../NWMr/thumb/
http://192.168.111.4/eengineX/NWMr/microthumb ../NWMr/microthumb/
All dir. are set under NWMr: big, medium, small, thumb, microthumb.
I can see the thumb & micro in photo editor.
I "select size paths for this photo" save (all three paths are now hi-lighted)
I then "check validty of paths for this file name", and all I get are three boxes with the red "x" inside them. Which is also occurs in the Exhibtion.
Is this happening because I'm on my internal network? If I change the path to my domain name, it just times out?
I saw the code snippet (TopicID=13012#63088), the reply to b_wood - will this correct my problem?
Or am I way off?
Thanks
